DIE 5 SCHRITTE, DIE DIE KONTROLLE DES WALZWERKS VON SIDERFORGEROSSI VERBESSERT HABEN<\/b><\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n

Durch unsere Erfahrung und unser Know-how konnten wir eingreifen, um die Walzkontrolle durch Aktualisierung auf die neuesten Technologien in diesem Bereich zu verbessern.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nach dem Zuh\u00f6ren der Kundenbed\u00fcrfnisse und der Inspektion der Anlage wurden 5 Schritte f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung des Revampings festgelegt:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Es wurde ein verkabelter Schaltschrank geliefert, der die <\/span>neuesten Versionen der Hardware- und Firmware-Komponenten<\/b> enth\u00e4lt, mit kommerziellen Standardkomponenten, die k\u00fcnftig leicht zu beschaffen sind.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Der Bedienerarbeitsplatz wurde \u00fcberarbeitet, um eine einfache und intuitive Prozessverwaltung durch die Implementierung von LCD-Bildschirmen, Touch-Panels, Joysticks, Handr\u00e4dern und Einstellkn\u00f6pfen zu f\u00f6rdern, wobei eine ergonomische Positionierung der wichtigsten Komponenten auf Basis der Angaben der Bediener sichergestellt wurde.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Der <\/span>Triangulationslaser<\/b> zur Messung des Ringdurchmessers wurde durch eine kommerzielle Komponente ersetzt und eine Plattform f\u00fcr die Vertikalbewegung installiert.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Das \u00dcberwachungssystem und die elektronischen Komponenten wurden aktualisiert<\/b>, um den Industrie-4.0-Anforderungen zu entsprechen.<\/li>\n
  5. Die propriet\u00e4re Software \u201eRollingCAD\u201c<\/b> wurde f\u00fcr die Verwaltung des Walzprozesses installiert.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n

        • Automatisches Speichern der f\u00fcr jeden gewalzten Ring erfassten Daten in einer Datei.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Durchf\u00fchrung der Kalibrierungs- und Kompensierungsverfahren der Maschine.<\/span><\/li>\n

          Durch die Aktualisierung des <\/span>SCADA<\/b>-\u00dcberwachungssystems wurde die M\u00f6glichkeit geschaffen, einen allgemeinen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Anlage unter Kontrolle zu haben und alle wichtigsten Betriebsparameter in Echtzeit durch virtuelle Instrumente anzuzeigen.<\/span><\/p>\n


          \n<\/span>Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann auch der Status der manuellen Korrektoren und der automatischen Regler angezeigt werden!<\/span><\/p>\n

          Das Walzwerk kann so in drei Modi arbeiten \u2013 manuell\/halbautomatisch\/automatisch \u2013 und weiterhin Ringe verschiedener <\/span>Geometrien, Profile und aller Materialtypen<\/b> walzen, wie z.\u00a0B. Titan- und Aluminiumlegierungen (mit unterschiedlichen Besonderheiten in der Prozesssteuerung).<\/span><\/p>\n

          Schlie\u00dflich ist die Anlage fernsteuerbar und erm\u00f6glicht Wartungs- und Diagnoseeingriffe unter vollst\u00e4ndiger Einhaltung aller <\/span>Cybersicherheits<\/b>-Prinzipien.<\/span><\/p>\n
