Mirco Casini<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mirco Casini arbeitet seit Jahren bei Project Group. Dank seiner \u00fcber zehnj\u00e4hrigen Erfahrung ist er ein ausgewiesener Experte f\u00fcr Walzen und Automatisierung, vor allem aber ist er derjenige, der die Ring-Rolling-CAD-Software von Grund auf entwickelt hat. Man kann ihn daher als den Vater dieses f\u00fcr Project Group \u00e4u\u00dferst wichtigen Designsystems bezeichnen: Es ist kein Zufall, dass alle Kunden im Walzbereich direkt von ihm betreut werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bei Project Group wird der Walzprozess automatisch verwaltet: Es gibt Software, die den Walzprozess autonom steuern kann.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Damit der gewalzte Ring die korrekte Form hat, m\u00fcssen sowohl der Rohling als auch die Walzkurve korrekt ausgelegt werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dieses Ergebnis wird dank der Software erzielt, die automatisch den optimalen Rohling berechnet und den Bediener\/Technologen bei der Auslegung der geeigneten Walzkurve unterst\u00fctzt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus verf\u00fcgt die Software \u00fcber einen grafischen Simulator, der es dem Bediener erm\u00f6glicht, den Ringbearbeitungsprozess vor dem eigentlichen Walzen zu visualisieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Die wichtigste Eigenschaft, die Mirco Casini und seine Mitarbeiter auszeichnet, ist die F\u00e4higkeit, f\u00fcr jedes auftretende Problem die am besten geeignete L\u00f6sung zu finden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist er in der Lage, jede Art von Walzen zu personalisieren. Dank seiner Kompetenzen ist Project Group in der Lage, die veraltetsten Maschinen zu transformieren, sie zu revitalisieren und zu automatisieren, sodass der Kunde bessere Ergebnisse mit weniger Abfall und Ausschuss erzielen kann.
