{"id":14771,"date":"2019-11-05T00:51:22","date_gmt":"2019-11-04T23:51:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pgautomation.eu\/unkategorisiert\/ring-rolling\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T14:52:44","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T12:52:44","slug":"ring-rolling","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pgautomation.eu\/de\/nachrichten\/ring-rolling\/","title":{"rendered":"Rolling CAD"},"content":{"rendered":"&#13;\n<h2><strong>Eine Spitzentechnologie f\u00fcr die Warmbearbeitung von Metall<\/strong><\/h2>&#13;\n<hr\/>&#13;\n<h4>Laminazione: di cosa si tratta?<\/h4>&#13;\n<p>Project Group befasst sich mit der Integration von Maschinen und der Planung von Steuerungssystemen und Verwaltungssoftware f\u00fcr die Warmbearbeitung von Metall, auch Ringwalzen genannt.<\/p>&#13;\n<p>Das Ringwalzen ist ein technologischer Prozess, bei dem aus dem Ausgangsmaterial (Metallst\u00e4be) gewalzte Ringe hergestellt werden. Es handelt sich um ein komplexes und heikles Verfahren, da die Bearbeitung bei hoher Temperatur erfolgt und eine korrekte Steuerung der Maschinenachsen wichtig ist, um ein einwandfreies Endprodukt zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>&#13;\n<p>Der Walzprozess wird dank Project Group automatisch verwaltet: Es gibt Software, die die Bearbeitungsprozesse autonom steuern kann. Die Software enth\u00e4lt einen Assistenten, der es dem Bediener erm\u00f6glicht, die Ringkurve auf unterst\u00fctzte Weise zu zeichnen und Fehler zu begrenzen, sodass das Endprodukt keine Formfehler aufweist. Eine schnelle und unterst\u00fctzte Dimensionierung der Rohlinge (Rohmaterialien) ist m\u00f6glich. Dies ist wichtig, da die Rohmaterialien zuerst vorbereitet werden und dann das eigentliche Walzen beginnt. Wenn das Rohmaterial nicht angemessen vorbereitet ist, weist auch das Endprodukt Fehler auf.<br\/>Damit der Ring die korrekte Form hat, m\u00fcssen sowohl der Rohling als auch die Walzkurve korrekt sein. Dieses Ergebnis wird dank der Software erzielt, die automatisch berechnet, wie der Rohling geformt sein muss, damit die Kurve exakt ist und der Ring dann die korrekte Form hat. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verf\u00fcgt die Software \u00fcber einen grafischen Simulator, der es dem Bediener erm\u00f6glicht, eine Darstellung vor dem eigentlichen Walzen zu sehen.<\/p>&#13;\n<p>Das System erm\u00f6glicht auch den Import von Walzkurven aus externen Berechnungssystemen. Diese neue Version wird eine Reihe erweiterter Funktionen umfassen, darunter 3D-Grafiksimulation, die M\u00f6glichkeit, Traces (Aufzeichnungen \u00fcber Grafiken) von Prozessparametern zu erstellen und diese grafisch anzuzeigen.
