Project Group erhielt den Auftrag von dem in den Marken ans\u00e4ssigen Unternehmen Gambini Meccanica<\/a>, das auf die Herstellung hochpr\u00e4ziser mechanischer \u00dcbertragungskomponenten spezialisiert ist, mit der Anforderung, eine Roboterzelle zu planen und zu bauen<\/strong>, die einer Werkzeugmaschine f\u00fcr die Bearbeitung verschiedener Arten von Zahnstangen dient.<\/p>\n

Die Anforderung des Kunden war es, alle verschiedenen Komponenten der Sicherheitssteuerung der Zelle ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df zu verwalten, insbesondere die Steuerung des Roboterbefehls f\u00fcr die Teilebewegung.<\/p>\n

Die Steuerung erfolgt \u00fcber eine zertifizierte Steuereinheit mit Befehlen der Kategorie 4, um das sichere Anhalten der Bewegung sowohl des Roboters als auch der zur Automatisierung geh\u00f6renden Maschinen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Zelle steht unter Fernsteuerung \u00fcber Ethernet<\/strong>, was die Durchf\u00fchrung von Diagnoseaktivit\u00e4ten von einem entfernten Standort aus erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n

Project Group \u00fcbernahm die Planung der Roboterzelle, die Entwicklung und Realisierung des Tablettensystems zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Zahnstangen sowie insbesondere die Konzeption und Realisierung der Zahnstangen-Fixiervorrichtung im Dienst der Werkzeugmaschine.<\/p>\n

Die Zelle ist in der Lage, 3 Schichten v\u00f6llig autonom zu arbeiten. Die manuelle Funktion wird nur ausgef\u00fchrt, um die Paletten mit den zu bearbeitenden Teilen zu beladen und sie dann mit den fertigen Teilen zu entladen.
