With effect from 1 January 2026, Project Group has initiated a corporate demerger with the aim of making its operational structure even clearer and more recognisable, ensuring continuity, specialisation and quality in the services provided.
This evolution stems from a strategic decision to focus activities, without any discontinuity with respect to the path built over the years.
The skills, people, experience and operational headquarters remain the same: what changes is the organisation, in order to respond even more effectively to the needs of customers and target markets.
The new structure
With effect from 31 December 2025, a corporate demerger has been formalised, resulting in two distinct but complementary entities:
- Project Group S.r.l. (newly incorporated company) becomes the company dedicated to activities in:
- photovoltaic systems
- civil and industrial electrical systems
- technical support, maintenance and after-sales services
- Project Group Automation S.r.l. (formerly Project Group S.r.l.) continues to operate in the field of industrial automation and robotics, with no operational changes other than the company name.
