Project Group has adopted new measures to align with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, read in conjunction with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and EU Directive 2019/1937, once again demonstrating its commitment to corporate transparency and integrity.
Our company, always grounded in ethical values and fairness, has implemented a Whistleblowing procedure to enable all its stakeholders – including legal representatives, directors, managers, employees and external collaborators – to report any regulatory violations identified within the working context.
To facilitate this commitment, we have made available within the company two distinct channels: a dedicated telephone line and a secure web platform that is independent from the company’s IT systems.
The latter can be used from any device, also in anonymous mode, and allows users to choose languages other than Italian to facilitate easier communication. The platform guarantees maximum confidentiality and security, protecting both the reporting person and the reported person.
An initiative that represents a further step forward in the promotion of a non-toxic corporate culture, in which ethics and social responsibility are fundamental pillars.
We work every day to ensure a collaborative and inclusive working environment, where the wellbeing and growth of each person are at the centre of all activities.
