In September 2022, we launched our Academy, an initiative dedicated to training, aimed at customers, partners, collaborators and young talents. Through this programme, we initiated a pilot project focused on technical training in the use of CAD for electrical design, within our new internal training school.
The main objective of the Academy is to catalogue and transfer years of knowledge and expertise to those who join our Project Group team. This is achieved through the creation of bespoke training paths for each employee, which link the knowledge acquired to specific company needs.
Each course offers a balanced combination of theory and practice, allowing participants to specialise in learning technical tools and in using the necessary machinery.
Thanks to months of dedication, our collaborators have succeeded in developing an assessment framework that allows us to evaluate the level of basic knowledge and the requirements necessary for each position within our various divisions. This enables us to clearly map out the training path to be followed to achieve full mastery of one’s responsibilities.
Through the Academy, we are achieving a further milestone in improving the professionalism and skills of our team. We look forward to seeing the first concrete results of this commitment to training excellence.
