Repetitive tasks or those requiring physical effort are carried out by a robot instead of a worker. Robots can perform these operations even 24 hours a day; this prevents possible errors caused by fatigue or wear.
The robot can be used to carry out numerous activities: moving very small or very heavy objects, welding, gluing and assembly of objects, etc.

Our team activates itself to understand all customer needs, problems and expectations, both in economic terms and in terms of feasibility.

It is necessary to identify the peculiarities of the production process in order to programme the operations the robot must perform, the specifications in terms of production: how many and which parts and in what time frame, then the production targets to be reached and, finally, the available budget.

Subsequently, Project Group creates a complete preliminary project, including layout, technical specifications and prices.

Finally, once the solution to be adopted has been defined, the project is taken into detail: viewing of the systems, construction of components, ordering and scheduling of materials (from 4 to 6 months), leading to completed installation. The customer will be operational in approximately 6 months.

Once the system has been installed, our technicians are able to enable the robot to “communicate” with the company’s management systems and with programming and production software.
