WHAT IS IT TECHNICALLY?<\/b><\/h3>\n

The Hydraulic Test Bench is a robot capable of handling various types of valves (up to 28 different codes) autonomously.<\/span><\/p>\n

It sustains autonomous working shifts of 8 hours each and, thanks to advance programming, can operate 24 hours a day, thus guaranteeing the company continuous work.<\/span><\/p>\n

The robot manages the bench, controls the flow of tests, is autonomous in quality control and is capable of also rejecting defective parts.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRODUCTIVITY<\/strong>
\nIts use increases output by at least 2\/3 compared with human labour, reaching up to 1,600 parts tested in 24 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

SAVINGS<\/strong>
\nThis stems from the productivity-to-time ratio, and the economic return is almost immediate: in a single day it triples the output of a human operator, enabling the company over the course of the year to produce and sell a greater quantity of parts.<\/span><\/p>\n
