\nA project that has been deeply felt and increasingly sought in recent years \u2013 a programme to bring to light and share knowledge, values, behaviours and strategies<\/strong> accumulated over more than 50 years of activity.
\nAll of this, at the service of customers, partners, young talents and collaborators.<\/p>\n

After all, a company that has been able to remain on the market for 50 years<\/strong> has built up a wealth of know-how that must be protected and safeguarded.
\nAnd the ability to recognise, process, transform and offer one’s own knowledge to the market has always been a critical success factor and an important distinguishing element to be valued.<\/p>\n

The<\/span> programme, which includes training, consultancy and coaching, <\/span>is called <\/span>GROW<\/b> \u2013 meaning growth \u2013 but is also an acronym for <\/span>G<\/b>overnance, <\/span>R<\/b>esponsibility, PM c<\/span>O<\/b>mmunity<\/span> and Kno<\/span>W<\/b>ledge & Academy.<\/span>
\n<\/span>With over 20 people involved, the programme is divided into 4 streams<\/span>, the main features of which are outlined below:<\/span><\/p>\n

  3. Development of the Project Management Community<\/span><\/li>\n

    \nThe objective is to facilitate the transition from the past to the future set-up for the Project Group management team.<\/span>

    \nThe objective is to create a strongly shared organisational culture among those with management responsibilities, developing a common managerial code of conduct.<\/span>

    \n<\/span>Functional managers and all those with team and resource coordination responsibilities will therefore be responsible for training on power skills and cross-functional competencies of every kind.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>From observation to problem solving and important decision-making, through to conflict resolution, change management and all the dynamics typical of a large company.<\/span>

    \n<\/span>DEVELOPMENT OF A PM COMMUNITY<\/b>
    \nThe objective is to create a sense of belonging and a strong sharing of the Project Manager \u2018craft\u2019 among those who lead projects \u2013 in other words, those who transform customer needs into results.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>

    \nThe objective is to bring to light and safeguard the knowledge developed over the years at Project Group, making it a factor for market return, organic growth of internal staff, and development of services\/products.<\/span>
